On October 21, 2001, Gretna Christian Church celebrated their 90th anniversary.  Reverend Charles W. Ellis was the Minister for Gretna Christian at that time.

Mrs. Linda Dalton and Mrs. Eliza Hines were our music directors.
Jessica Turner was the candlelighter

The Prelude, Gloria Patri and the Hymn of Praise began the service.  Floyd Schlauch said the Invocation.  Reverend Ellis made the Announcements and recognized the visitors for the church that Sunday.

The Choir sang "What Is This Place?" while Joyce Crider, Mike Bailess, Jenny Dellis and Oscar Kennedy served at the Table.

The scripture and sermon was given by Reverend John Wallace

A covered dish luncheon was held in the fellowship hall after the sermon.

There was a memorabilia display in the Church and the Church placed four roses in memory of their church members who had died since the last homecoming:  Delberta Bennett, Gladys Matherly, E.L. (Pete) Shelton and Annie Towler.
